Chicken Parmesan

I found this chicken very tasty and easy to make as well. There’s not a lot of work with this recipe, especially if you decide to use a ready marinara sauce. Of course home-made is always better but we don’t always have time to prepare it. Recipe found here.


  • 125 gr mozzarella
  • 80 gr parmesan
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 spoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • dried basil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 3 chicken breasts


Prepare a baking pot and pour one spoon of olive oil into it. Add grated clove of garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Give it a mix. Now prepare the chicken breasts. Wash and clean them well. Get rid of any fat parts or other things you may not want on your plate. Put the chicken breasts into your pot on the olive oil mixture. Pour in one cup marinara sauce. Here you can also add fresh herbs instead of dried basil. Grate mozzarella and then parmesan on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 180C.

The sauce will make the breasts juicy and they will not run dry during baking. You can prepare your own marinara sauce or use a ready one. This time I used a ready marinara but stay click here if you want to do your own marinara sauce!
